Job Description
· Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure understanding of policies and procedures· Writing and implementing policies across employee lifecycle· Dealing and advising on a wide range of ER cases including absence, conduct, capability and grievances· Delivering training sessions on HR related topics· Drafting up invites, outcomes and supporting with note taking where required· Management of contracts and new starter paperwork including right to work documentation· Analysing people data around attrition, recruitment and sickness· Other duties as requested.
The Successful Applicant
· Experience within a HR Generalist role· Ideally CIPD level qualified to level 5 or have a sound working knowledge of ACAS guidelines and employment legislation· Experience in coaching and advising at a management level· Solution driven - ability to work with managers, team and individually to create the best solution· Excellent communication and literacy skills.
