We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Account Director to lead a prestigious London-based public sector estate portfolio. This is a high-profile leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, strategic growth, and service innovation across a complex and highly visible estate.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership across a large and complex public sector estate.
* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
* Drive operational performance, service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure full compliance with statutory, contractual, and health & safety requirements.
* Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across facilities management, engineering, and support services.
* Deliver financial performance in line with budget and contractual commitments.
* Identify opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and value creation.
* Manage risk effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
About You
You will be a proven leader with experience managing significant public sector or government contracts and a track record of delivering results in complex environments.
Essential Experience
* Senior account leadership experience within Facilities Management, Property Services, or Estates Management.
* Experience managing large-scale public sector, government, healthcare, education, or civic estates.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with responsibility for P&L performance.
* Demonstrable experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
* Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and operational risk management.
