What We’re Looking For

What You Might Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operative at GSK, you could get involved with:
* Support daily warehouse operations in line with company policies and procedures.
* Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) across safety, compliance, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready working environment, supporting inspections and quality checks.
* Assist with inventory management, stock movements, and accurate record-keeping.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments including production, engineering, quality, and logistics.
* Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to the smooth running of warehouse systems.
* Identify and report potential risks or hazards in the workplace.
