Your Role as a Sales Advisor
As a Sales Advisor at our Dumbarton branch, you will:
* Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing tailored product recommendations
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously, showcasing a proactive attitude
* Carry out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock, organizing inventory, and maintaining high standards within the warehouse
* Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency (this will involve some heavy lifting)
Working Conditions
This is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 07:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love for you to bring the following to our team:
* Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or merchant sector is beneficial
* Prior face-to-face sales and customer service experience, delivering outstanding service
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment
* A dependable team player, ready to support all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic
* An eagerness to learn, paired with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
