SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Are you a Psychology graduate or have experience with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs? We are working with a welcoming, specialist SEN school in Southend-on-Sea seeking a dedicated full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.
About the Role:
* Full-time, long-term position
* Term-time only (school holidays off)
* Working across a small, supportive SEN school with students between 3 to 18
* Supporting students with a range of additional needs including SEMH
* Collaborative team environment with strong leadership
The Ideal Candidate:
* Degree in Psychology or SEN Teaching experience
* Prior experience supporting children or young adults with SEN is a bonus
* Must hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply and pay for one
