Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a position relevant to residential care
* At least 1 year's experience in a role requiring staff supervision and management
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
* A full, UK driving license
You must also meet industry regulations regarding age and employment status.
