Our Residential Childcare Support Workers play a vital role in providing that stability for children and young people who, for various reasons, cannot live with their families.
Many of the children we support have experienced trauma or difficult life events.

If you’re someone who: Understands the challenges children and young people may face Can build trust and form positive, supportive relationships Communicates clearly and confidently with young people and professionals Can keep accurate written records and reports Holds a valid manual driving licence …then you could be exactly who we’re looking for!
