FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Dynamics Functional Consultant to work for our client within the public sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a fully remote role.
As a Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will be part of our client’s digital dynamics team and will be working closely with projects, business teams, analysts, and user experience specialists. You will deliver and maintain solutions that meet business needs with efficient and effective processes.
You will be supporting existing systems, designing, and delivering new features as the client develops their service, adhering to standards and using Agile principles ensuring timely production of goals and approvals through constructive collaboration with all relevant parties contributing to innovation of all products.
Responsibilities
1. Configure the CRM system to meet the business and end user needs, utilising customer service and field cervice modules in Dynamics and utilising Power Platform
2. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions ensuring it operates seamlessly and efficiently with other back-office solutions
3. Use of Azure DevOps to record development and configuration activities
4. Monitor and assess data capacity within a solution to ensure space utilisation continues to reflect business needs efficiently
5. Configure CRM workflows to support business processes, extract data, produce tailored reports and respond to information requests
6. Utilise CRM export and import processes to support team requirements
7. Manage change and deployment cycles for new and existing implementations across the CRM platform
8. Manage the efficient planning and delivery of new updates, modifications, and the adoption of best practice policies, including conducting research to identify opportunities to leverage new functionality within the system that is released by Microsoft
9. Manage and coach a team of CRM/ Dynamics Support Analysts
