Role: RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) division. You’ll bring expert knowledge and problem-solving skills directly to our members wherever they are, delivering first-class service without the limitations of a traditional garage.
Salary and hours: Competitive salary (£38,625 basic, up to £53,000 with bonuses/overtime). Sociable hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00–16:30, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays. Optional overtime: Flexible to the hours you want to work.

Responsibilities
* Work on the move delivering diagnostics, repairs, servicing and checks for members’ vehicles
* Diagnose problems and make on-the-spot decisions to ensure customer peace of mind
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and complete quality work
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* At least 3 years’ hands-on experience as a vehicle technician on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
