The Apprenticeship Programme is designed to train and develop you in a way that enables you to learn the core elements of your job role, using advancing technology and fostering an exceptional level of customer service.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Working with customers to meet their requirements and providing advice on additional parts and services.
2. Matching orders against stock items and sourcing parts, while offering competitive prices.
3. Working as part of a team and independently to achieve set goals and KPIs.
4. Delivering excellent customer service while remaining efficient and focused on your tasks.
5. Handling incoming and outgoing calls, face-to-face transactions, and IT-based communications.
6. Managing goods in and out.
7. Working with suppliers, placing orders or returns, and processing paperwork accurately.
8. Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times, remaining courteous and professional with customers.
