Absolute Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join a well-established logistics client based in Sandbach.
The client is looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic or a vehicle mechanic interested in developing skills within the HGV industry.
The ideal candidate will be trained to:
1. Change HGV tyres
2. Perform oil and filter replacements
3. Service all HGVs owned by the company
4. Carry out maintenance work
5. Work under tight deadlines and conduct inspections on incoming and outgoing work
You will work within a small team under the Mechanic manager to gain new skills and leverage your existing experience.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Weekend work may be required when the business needs, paid at time and a half.
