Warehouse Planning Assistant: The role and responsibilities:
The role of Warehouse Planning Assistant will require you to provide high quality support within the operation to the Planning Manager. Your role will include but not be limited to:
: Meeting (or exceeding) site budget KPIs
: Planning for non:standard events (outages, peak planning and contingency modelling)
: Providing support to the planning department
: Maintaining all planning systems and monitoring shift patterns
: Keeping planning documents up to date to include
: I:site
: Training Matrix
: Agency Headcounts
: Holiday planners (WFD and CPM etc)
: Providing acurate reporting within pre:set deadlines
: Downloading, analysing and presenting Management Information reports
You will have an excellent attention to detail, and be able to work alone and as part of a busy team. You will maintain excellent levels of accuracy in relation to all data and information you present, as well as looking to consistently and continuously improve and develop within your role.
About you:
You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
You must be able to use a computer (specifically excel) and have previous experience working in a similar planning based role.
