We are recruiting for a compliance specialist to lead on property compliance. Including the following areas- * Fire Safety Compliance: * Oversee and monitor fire risk assessments, ensuring timely completion and remedial action tracking. * Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure fire safety systems (alarms, extinguishers, emergency lighting) are maintained in line with statutory requirements. * Stay up to date with relevant legislation, including the Fire Safety Act and Building Safety Act. * Cyclical Electrics: * Manage the periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations (EICRs), ensuring full certification and compliance. * Review electrical reports, prioritise actions, and work with maintenance teams to resolve issues. * LOLER Compliance: * Coordinate inspections and servicing of lifting equipment, including stair lifts, hoists, and passenger lifts. * Maintain accurate records and ensure defects are rectified within required time frames. * Work with lift service providers to ensure contracts meet LOLER requirements. * Develop and maintain robust compliance reporting systems. * Support audits, both internal and external, ensuring full transparency and accuracy of compliance data. * ...
