The postholder will will play an important part in supporting the delivery of an accurate and efficient payroll service for the organisation. Key Responsibilities Submit both permanent and temporary payroll data through the SAP payroll system. Assist with checking and reconciling payroll output reports. Respond to payroll queries from staff via email, telephone, and in person. Support the wider payroll team in delivering an accurate, timely, and compliant service. Candidate Criteria Experience of working with a Payroll environment within Local Authority/Public Sector Knowledge of PAYE legislation and statutory payroll obligations Ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail with data processing Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
