The Stamford Surgery is a friendly surgery run by doctors, nurses and associated staff who know their patients and care deeply about the quality of health provided to our community. We build upon this by investing in people, facilities, and equipment to provide services that are more accessible, more convenient and more diverse within the local community.

What you will do
You will be assisting and directing patients toward the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective way. Duties include:
* To monitor the digital platform.
* To provide clear and concise information to the Triage Team of the capacity in the platform.
* Book patient's the appropriate outcome from their digital submission, ensuring they have the right care, at the right time.
* Provide clear communication to patient via the digital platform.
* Handle patients with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
* Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, and other staff to ensure smooth patient care pathways.
* Be a digital champion for patients and staff.
* Support patient's with completing digital submissions, over the telephone or at front desk.
* Be able to cover all reception positions as necessary
Essential Criteria
* Good standard of education
* Experience of working in a busy & multi-functional team.
* Call centre experience or equivalent
