At Atlas Workplace Services, we are looking for a Property Services Operative to join our team supporting a prestigious client site in Oxfordshire. This is a varied, hands-on position where you will play an important role in delivering high-quality facilities services and supporting the day-to-day operation of the site.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will assist with post room activities, porterage, and general maintenance tasks, as well as providing support to the hard services team, particularly fabric engineers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a practical role, takes pride in their work, and values delivering a great service.
?? What youll be doing
You will support the smooth running of the site by:
1. Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
2. Supporting post room operations, including handling incoming and outgoing deliveries
3. Providing porterage and stores support, ensuring items are safely and efficiently moved around site
4. Completing and maintaining documentation in line with site processes
5. Managing reactive work requests through the CAFM system, ensuring tasks are completed in line with KPIs and SLAs
