We’re looking for an exceptional, self-starting Founding Sales Development Lead to help grow our sponsorship and digital media business. This role is perfect for someone who learns quickly, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to make a high-impact contribution from day one.

What You’ll Do

Sponsorship & Digital Media Sales

* Identify and engage potential sponsors for DSC’s industry-leading events and digital media properties.
* Develop outreach strategies to target decision-makers at AI and data companies.
* Conduct high-level sales conversations to understand client needs and position DSC’s sponsorship and media solutions.
* Manage the sales pipeline, qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and closing deals.
* Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
* Refine sales tactics based on performance data and client feedback.
* Work directly with executives and senior leadership to fine-tune DSC’s sponsorship and media offerings.
* This is not a passive role. You will need to learn quickly, take initiative, and figure things out.
* No waiting for instructions—we want someone who proactively finds solutions and takes action.
* Drive revenue growth through creative problem-solving, persistence, and strategic thinking.

Requirements
