Known for its polished service, seasonal menus, and impressive reputation, they are now searching for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to guide their front-of-house team through consistently busy services. This business also has exciting expansion plans in the new year.

1. £42,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
2. Working 45 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager...
5. Overseeing smooth day-to-day service, often reaching up to 200 covers on peak days and around 600 covers each week
6. Managing and motivating a team of up to 17 front-of-house professionals
7. Driving exceptional guest service and maintaining the restaurant’s strong Rosette-level standards
8. Leading recruitment, training, development, and ongoing performance of your front-of-house team
9. Ensuring operational efficiency, including stock control, rota planning, and maintaining a positive working culture
