We’re looking for a French and/or German-speaking Account Strategist to drive unique value for our clients and lead the way in TikTok Commerce
Oversee the day to day relationship with key client stakeholders and report progress to the Onyx Account Director and wider team.
Lead onboarding and TikTok Shop setup, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and issue resolution.
Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns and sales events, coordinating closely with content teams.
Own the planning and execution of TikTok Shop LIVEs, from product selection to host coordination and fulfillment readiness.
Develop optimisation strategies to improve performance and hit key ROI metrics.
Analyse performance data and lead reporting with clear, actionable insights.
Drive client retention and growth through consistently strong results and account expansion.

Experience in eCommerce marketplace operations, including product onboarding, inventory and fulfillment management, and promotional campaign execution - ideally with exposure to TikTok Shop or similar platforms (e.g. Strong statistical and analytical skills with ability to interrogate data and make appropriate campaign management decisions
