A unique opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join a specialist mental health service providing care for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge. This role offers the chance to shape patient care within a secure and locked rehabilitation environment.
* As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you’ll work within a well-established and highly regarded multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient-centred outcomes. You’ll also benefit from on-site senior management support, dedicated admin assistance, and the flexibility to discuss some remote or hybrid working options.
* We’re looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist with CCT or CESR and Approved Clinician status, ideally with experience in learning disability psychiatry and a commitment to recovery-focused care.
* The successful Consultant Psychiatrist will also be involved in leadership, service development, and second on-call (low contact, non-residential).
