Social Worker - Adolescent Team 👩💼👨💼
Location: Watford, Three Rivers, Hertsmere 📍
Hours: 9:00-17:30 ⏰
Contract: 6-month placement 📆
Hybrid: Office & home, must be available to attend office daily if needed 🏢🏠
Job Summary 📝
1. Work in a busy adolescent team supporting children and families 👦👧👨👩👦.
2. Complete Child & Family (C&F) assessments, hold CIN plans, deliver court work ⚖️, and provide direct work with children and families.
3. Participate in duty rota; office day on Wednesdays and duty days as scheduled 📅.
Main Duties & Responsibilities 🔍
4. Conduct C&F assessments, CIN plans and reviews, s47 enquiries ✅
5. Apply contextual safeguarding principles 🛡️
6. Manage a caseload, working closely with children and parents 👨👩👦
7. Previous experience with LCS preferred 💻
