Responsibilities of Teaching or Support Roles: Provide 1:1 support to a child with high needs, including sensory needs, non-verbal communication, and personal care. Assist in achieving learning and development targets for the child. Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals to create an inclusive, supportive environment. Foster an environment that promotes the child's independence and engagement in learning. Implement personalised strategies for communication, behaviour management, and sensory support. Requirements for the Teaching or Support Roles: Passionate about working inclusively with children with additional needs. Graduates or current university students with a desire to explore a career in education Core subject degrees such as Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, or PE (for aspiring teachers) Experience supporting children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and non-verbal communication (preferable but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working in a similar setting is an advantage.
