Job Description:
* Lead, develop and hold accountable a team of field engineers and subcontractors
* Build a strong performance culture — dealing with underperformance and raising standards
* Define and implement structure, processes, and governance across the function
* Take ownership of resource planning, subcontractor strategy, and team growth
* Embed a robust H&S and compliance culture that stands up to scrutiny
* Act as the go-to leader for field operations across the business

* Have a track record of managing and developing engineers in the field
* Be confident handling performance issues, recruitment, and team structure decisions
* Bring strong leadership presence – decisive, direct, and accountable
* Understand the commercial reality of running a field function
* Care deeply about quality, standards, and doing the job properly
* Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment
Additional Details:
* Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours)
* Salary: Competitive
