Hours & Working Pattern
Full time, 1 day on, 2 days off (with sleep nights). We operate 365 days a year with rotas given in advance.
Pay
£12.95 – £14.00 per hour (days, depending on qualification). £60 per sleep night (equates to approximately £32,644 – £34,824 per annum). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.

Essential Requirements
* Minimum 12 months experience in a children’s residential care home.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
* In‑depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
* Values in line with Esland’s therapeutic, person‑centred approach to childcare.
* Must be aged 21 or above.
