We are hiring for 4 exciting 6-month fixed term Customer Representative Roles in our OneFamily Admin team. We can teach you everything you need to know through our engaging training programme. A successful Customer Service Representative in our Admin area will: Put the customer at the heart of what you do Enjoy working in a fast-paced target driven workplace Be able to problem solve to achieve the best outcomes for customers Have good communication skills verbally and written Have the ability to work with various computers systems and take inbound calls You will be responsible for: Responding quickly and accurately to customer questions regarding their OneFamily products You will be working with the call centre to support with customer call volumes during peaks times Manage online secure messaging and administrative tasks Keep up to date with any changes to products, processes and procedures, to ensure the customer is given the correct and relevant information We have attractive shift patterns of 09:00 till 17:30, Monday to Friday.
