Meraki Talent is working with a leading international bank to recruit an Onboarding Analyst to join their London team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong banking experience, particularly in KYC, AML, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for prospective and existing clients, ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, providing timely updates and resolving queries.
* Collate, review, and maintain onboarding documentation in line with internal policies and international standards.
* Identify process inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and escalate issues to management.
* Monitor and prioritize client onboarding queues, liaising with Front Office and BAU teams to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
* Strong banking background with hands-on experience in KYC and AML processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
