My client is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join their team. This role is pivotal in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance performance and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping organisational culture, supporting talent strategies, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions that support organisational success.
2. Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies to build a high-performing team. Oversee recruitment decisions to ensure alignment with the company’s values and strategy.
3. Employee Relations: Offer guidance on employee issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance management, ensuring compliance and consistency.
