We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Trainee Teachers to join a vibrant and inclusive community that integrates therapy, care, and education to support students with complex learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, working closely with qualified teachers and therapists.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential.
* Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
* Support students with personal care and mobility as needed.
* Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to foster a cohesive and collaborative community.
* Contribute to the spiritual and emotional development of students within the framework of the Catholic ethos.
