The Position
To work as part of the Clinical Administration team, contributing to the delivery of a high‑quality, efficient, and cost‑effective administrative service. The role supports clinical services by ensuring accurate processing of information, effective coordination of administrative activities, and a responsive service to patients, service users, and clinical staff.

* Providing a responsive service to patients, service users, and clinical staff.
Qualifications
* General standard formal qualifications (e.g., Standard Grades/National 5s) or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in data input or general office duties.
* Good numeracy, literacy, organisational ability, and high attention to detail.
* Willingness to undertake on‑the‑job training, including development of competence in hospital electronic systems and the Medical Records Management System.
* Completion of all statutory and mandatory training in line with organisational requirements.
Location, Working Pattern and Contract Duration
Based at The Balfour. 21.89 hours per week on a part‑time basis. Working days and hours can be arranged flexibly across weekdays, Monday to Friday. Fixed Term until 31/12/2026 (possible extension subject to approval). Must be resident within the UK for the post.
