We are recruiting now for Housekeepers at the stunning LEWS CASTLE location. This is a great opportunity to join an enthusiastic, friendly team who support each other in delivering a fantastic level of service to our guests.
Our Housekeepers are key in ensuring that our guests receive an amazing first impression of our stunning apartments in the Castle. With fantastic attention to detail, the Housekeeping team make sure that the residences are in pristine condition and deliver a memorable stay for all of our guests.
Hours are available throughout the week and weekend.
Previous experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
day to day tasks
* Preparing our beautiful apartments for guests' arrival to ensure all are in pristine condition.
* Our apartments include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas and the Housekeeping team work together to deliver an outstanding level of standards across all areas of the accommodation.
* Housekeeping checklists are in place for use by the team to help clean all areas to the required Together Travel standard and to keep high levels of consistency.
* The Housekeeping team are exceptional in delivering high levels of standards through using the checklists as well as using their finely tuned experience in spotting what needs to be done to deliver the high-end standards that our guests expect.
* Working together with the team to support each other and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
* Assisting with guests queries in a friendly, 'can do' manner – we take pride in making sure that all our guests have an enjoyable stay and all our team play a part in this.
