The Role: We are seeking a skilled HV Electrical Shift Leader to oversee critical electrical infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of safety, reliability, and performance. You will lead a small team of engineers on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights), carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, HV switching operations, and ensuring all critical assets operate without interruption. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise shift teams on all electrical maintenance and operations. Carry out HV switching activities in line with site-specific safety rules and procedures. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of electrical equipment including UPS systems, generators, and switchgear. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and compliant with health and safety regulations. Support client reporting and critical event management. Identify opportunities for service improvement and energy efficiency.About You: Approved HV AP (Authorised Person) status deseriable.
