Fintech SAAS Sales Development Representative (Fully Remote)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Commission: Uncapped, paid quarterly (based on obtained revenue)
Year 1 OTE: £45,000 - £55,000
We’re growing again, and this time it’s because the first hire worked.
We brought on an SDR recently (now CDE), they’re doing a brilliant job, and we’re now looking for a second person to join and help push things forward. This isn’t a “spray and pray” dial-by-numbers role. If your idea of outbound success is just clocking calls to hit a KPI, this won’t be for you.

What you’ll be doing
* Outbound prospecting into finance teams (CFOs, FDs, Controllers, Finance Managers).
* Running a structured outreach process across phone, email and LinkedIn (but not limited to).
* Qualifying inbound leads quickly when they come in.
* Booking demos and handling early discovery.
* Sharing insights from conversations to help shape outbound strategy.
* Owning your pipeline and using HubSpot properly (no ghost data, no forgotten follow-ups).
* Working closely with not only the sales team but collaborating with ops & dev teams
Bottom line: meaningful conversations that lead to meetings, not just activity for activity’s sake.Our current SDR is averaging 3 - 5 demos per week and climbing. We want someone who is hungry to be a part of something that’s growing rapidly, most importantly taking a proactive approach in self-reflection and seeking guidance when needed.

* 2+ years in a SaaS SDR/outbound role.

* You’re hungry to progress (SDR → CDE path is real here if you perform).
