Your Role as a Pharmacy RetailCoOrdinator
In this dynamic position youwill:
* Oversee the daily operations ofthe retail side of the pharmacy ensuring efficiency and customersatisfaction.
* Collaborate with the PharmacyManager to implement merchandising strategies and optimise productplacement.
* Drive sales through effectivepromotions customer engagement and productknowledge.
* Maintain exceptional standards ofpresentation and cleanliness throughout the retailspace.
* Manage stock levels ordering supplies asnecessary and mitigating loss.
* Train andsupport retail staff fostering a culture of excellence andcontinuous improvement.
* Handle customerinquiries and resolve issues with professionalism andempathy.

The ideal candidate willhave:
* Proven experience in a retailmanagement or coordinating role preferably within the pharmacy orhealthcare sector.
* Strong leadership skillswith a track record of motivating teams to achieve sales goals andhigh customer service standards.
* Excellentorganisational abilities and attention todetail.
* An aptitude for merchandising and akeen eye for visual aesthetics.
* Proficiency inretail management software and Microsoft Officesuite.
* Outstanding communication skills bothverbal and written and the capacity to engage effectively withcustomers and team members alike.

Working Hours &Benefits:
