Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Property Lawyer to support our customer on a 3 to 6-month contract requirement.
This role is ideal for a qualified legal professional with a strong background in residential conveyancing and planning approvals, particularly within the high-end property market. You’ll be overseeing the purchase of luxury residential properties, managing legal risk, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Requirements:
* UK-qualified lawyer with 2+ years PQE (or equivalent relevant experience).
* Proven experience in residential property conveyancing.
* Strong understanding of planning and approvals processes.
* Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Experience working with luxury residential properties is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently and manage high-value transactions.
* Commercially minded, pragmatic, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead legal oversight of all property purchases.
* Manage conveyancing from instruction to completion, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
* Liaise with planning authorities and ensure all approvals are in place.
* Provide strategic legal advice on property-related matters.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth acquisition processes.
* Support the business with legal input on property strategy and risk management.
