About the role:
A Booking Coordinator is responsible for managing appointments, coordinating assessor schedules, and supporting onsite personnel. This role is vital in delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring client expectations are met. Each coordinator will be assigned a set list of clients to foster consistency and build strong relationships.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating appointments, bookings, and schedules.
* Communicating with clients to confirm bookings and handle changes or inquiries.
* Maintaining and updating calendars, booking systems, and databases.
* Supporting internal teams by providing current scheduling information.
* Monitoring workflows to prevent conflicts, delays, or double bookings.
* Handling cancellations, rescheduling, and urgent requests professionally.
* Ensuring high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
* Arranging travel, accommodations, and transport as needed.
