Salary: £45,000 - £48,000

Are you an experienced and qualified ACA or ACCA professional looking to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our client, based in Blackburn, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Audit Assistant Manager to join their team.
Job Summary:
* Review audit planning and fieldwork
* Complete audit files
* Train and develop staff
* Raise fee notes
* Handle ad-hoc assignments such as cash flow forecasts and hands-on assistance with audit assignments
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
* Oversee workflow of the department
* Ensure timely meeting of deadlines for clients, Companies House, and HMRC
* Review financial statements for charities and SMEs
Desired Skills:
* Ideally ACA or ACCA qualified with UK Practice Accountancy experience
* Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, CCH AP, and CCH AA (training provided if not experienced)
* Attention to detail
