SF Recruitment are delighted to be partnered on an exclusive basis with a leading manufacturing business based in Derbyshire boasting an enviable, established and high-profile client base. You will join the business within their Group structure as the Consolidations & Audit Manager, reporting directly to the CFO with significant senior stakeholder exposure to lead the finance team through consolidation and audits. Please note this is a remote role with occasional monthly travel to the Derby site for collaboration purposes when the CFO is in the region.
Duties of the Consolidations & Audit Manager:
1. Support new IFRS and country/UK reporting requirements by providing support and guidance
2. Lead the allocations & consolidations reporting workstream
3. Partner with Finance site controllers
4. Quarterly and annual financial reporting disclosures
5. Responsible for initiating and managing audits, that include financial, operational, compliance and information technology audits
6. Build, coordinate and direct the audits for the Group/Ownership/Countries
7. Report and communicate to audit committee
8. Reporting review findings to senior management at local, global functional and Group (& Board) level<...
