We are seeking to recruit 2 Development Sales Managers to join our Sales team in the Southern Region, based in the Basingstoke area. One will be based at our Farnham site, and the other will be flexible across other sites in the region.
Your primary responsibility is to manage the daily sales operations on a development site and serve as the main point of contact for potential and actual customers. This includes securing home sales and managing the customer journey in line with company standards, procedures, and targets.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and proficient in IT. We value candidates passionate about delivering first-class customer service who seek excellent earning opportunities and career growth with a leading national housebuilder.
