Your Responsibilities
As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Build and test transducer subassemblies, using your judgment to resolve issues and make recommendations.
* Focus on producing array assemblies at various stages, ensuring quality through visual inspections and tests.
* Weigh, mix, and dispense epoxies, fillers, and silicones with precision.
* Track and manage computer data in electronic device history records.
* Set up and operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including inventory and testing records.
* Utilize hardware, tools, and fixtures effectively to complete assignments.
* Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot any equipment or product issues.
* Help implement and maintain LEAN initiatives, including Visual Factory, 5S, and Continuous Improvement.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* At least 2 years of experience as an assembler, operator, or technician in a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency with electronic and mechanical hand tools and power tools.
* Comfort using computers and various application software.
* A general understanding of manufacturing processes, raw materials, production, and quality control.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following skills will give you an edge:
* Experience with aerospace, electronic, or medical devices.
* Familiarity with mixing chemicals and/or epoxy.
* Ability to work under a microscope and use torque tools and wrenches.
* Experience collaborating with engineering teams.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based in Redmond, Washington.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive pay range of $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Benefits may include:
