Responsibilities
* Provide competitive quotations for Contract Hire and other vehicle funding products.
* Ensure all compliance processes are understood and followed.
* Deliver an incredible level of customer experience to our broker partners.
* Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information and maintain customer records in line with company and manufacturer standards.
* Ensure service level agreements are adhered to at all times.
* Proactively promote specific vehicles and campaigns as directed by the Head of Fleet.
* Understand the vehicle and deal offer for brands you are responsible for.
* Utilise and be competent using all funder platforms as directed by the Head of Fleet.
* Proactively manage a renewal process for existing customers to maximise retention.
Qualifications
* Sales experience preferably in the automotive sector.
* Experience using multiple I.T. systems.
* Experience interacting with internal and external customers and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Able to work under pressure and to tight time schedules.
