The Role
As Engineering Manager, you'll take ownership of the site's engineering function, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of automated machinery and systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the engineering team.
* Deliver the planned maintenance (PPM) programme.
* Manage budgets and control costs effectively.
* Drive continuous improvement and implement new processes.
* Oversee CapEx projects and achieve KPI targets.
* Implement cost-saving initiatives and manage key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
* Recognised engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
* Proven experience within FMCG or high-speed manufacturing.
* 5+ years' leadership and people management experience.
* Strong background in process improvement and maintenance strategy.
