No 2 Litho Printer – Nights | Cartons | East Midlands | Excellent Salary Based on Experience
You will be responsible for:
* Operating and maintaining Komori lithographic presses
* Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and optimise workflow
* Ensuring high-quality output in line with company production standards
* Monitoring print jobs for quality control and making necessary adjustments
* Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting issues
* Following health and safety guidelines while maintaining a clean working environment
Key attributes required:
* Proven experience as a Lithographic Printer ideally in packaging and with Komori presses
* Technical knowledge of press operation colour control and substrates advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail maintaining colour accuracy and print consistency
* Skilled in problem solving quickly identifying issues and minimising downtime
* Confident working as part of a team while capable of working independently on night shifts
