What Youll Bring Proven experience in a sales-led or branch leadership role, ideally in B2B or trade environments. Strong commercial acumen with the drive to grow and develop a branch. Effective people management and coaching skills. Operational know-how in stock, logistics, and customer service. Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.
