Job Title: Principal Engineer - Flood & Water Management Salary: £47,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Reading (Hybrid) Type: Permanent - Full Time / Flexible About the Role: Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Principal Engineer specialising in flood risk, river engineering and water management. You will lead the development and delivery of sustainable, nature-based solutions across multidisciplinary projects - from concept through to construction. You'll collaborate closely with technical specialists across hydraulic modelling, environmental disciplines, and design, ensuring high-quality outcomes that protect communities and improve natural environments.
