The EIT Infrastructure Engineering Service Desk team: Provide IM&T Service Desk first line Support in response to telephone, email and on-line help requests, incident management and problem resolution for the Products and Services supported by EIT-IE. Work across a broad range of technologies and liaise across multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests.
