We’re partnering with a long-established, employee-owned M&E contractor to find a proactive Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to support multiple major projects across Greater and Central London.

28 days holiday + bank holidays What you’ll be doing:
Supporting 6–8 live projects (fit-out, data centres, hi-rise residential, retail)
Site inspections, audits, incident investigations, and policy updates
Liaising with Principal Contractors and ensuring subcontractor compliance
Leading a positive HSW culture alongside a hands-on HSEQ Director Ideal background:
2+ years in a H&S role within M&E, construction, or fit-out
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, tech-savvy (paperless systems) Location & Travel:
Based from home, site, and office
