About Henderson House

Henderson House is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our dedicated team.
Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be central to the wellbeing of our residents, delivering outstanding clinical care while promoting a warm, person-centred environment. You’ll lead with compassion, support your colleagues, and make a real impact every day.
What We Offer
* £1,000 welcome bonus paid in two instalments – after successful probation and at 12 months
* £20.50 per hour
* Contracted to 38.5 hours/week | shift: 8am – 8pm

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
* Develop and review personalised care plans with residents and families
* Administer medication safely and according to guidelines
* Monitor residents' health, acting swiftly on changes
* Support and guide care staff, fostering teamwork
* Maintain accurate, legal, and up-to-date documentation
* Promote independence, dignity, and social engagement
* Focus on safety, nutrition, and infection control
* Respond effectively to emergencies following policies
