global SaaS organisation
in their search for a
Customer Insights Manager
to join the EMEA Marketing team. This role will play a key part in shaping customer understanding across the region, managing end-to-end research projects and working closely with both internal stakeholders and external research partners.
* Immediate start, 12 month contract
* Hybrid working (2 days) in London
* £220 per day, inside IR35
The Role
As Customer Insights Manager, you'll take ownership of customer research initiatives with a strong focus on
qualitative research
, while also leveraging
quantitative
approaches where relevant. You'll design briefs, manage agencies, and deliver actionable insights that influence marketing and business strategy across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day management of
customer research projects
, from design to delivery
* Develop research briefs, questionnaires, and discussion guides aligned to business priorities
* Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to execute
multi-market studies
.
* Analyse, interpret, and present findings in a clear, compelling, and actionable format
* Synthesize insights from multiple data sources — including primary research, analytics, and third-party data
* Translate complex information into concise, relevant recommendations for senior stakeholders
About You
* 5+ years' experience
in a
marketing research or insights agency
, with a strong grounding in qualitative methods and some quantitative exposure
* Proven track record managing
multi-country projects
and collaborating effectively with agency partners
* Confident in leading research projects end-to-end, from scoping through to analysis and delivery
* Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to distil complexity into clarity
* Passionate about understanding customers and driving marketing decisions through insight
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluency in an additional European language
