Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Static On-Site)

Salary: Up to GBP38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + On-Call Rota for Additional Earnings
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
1. Conducting regular maintenance inspections on mechanical systems and equipment.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing timely repairs to minimise downtime.
3. Performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of machinery and equipment.
4. Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address complex technical problems.
5. Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
6. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment manuals.
7. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, motors, and conveyors.
3. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults.
4. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Willingness to participate in an on-call rota for additional earnings.
8. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
