Overview

One Sixth Form, Ipswich
21 hours per week, 40 weeks per year - Permanent
Salary: £26,409 - £28,624 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: £13,049 - £14,144 per annum

We are looking for a committed Job Coach to support students, particularly those with SEND, in developing their employability skills through meaningful work placements. You will work closely with staff and employers to help students succeed in real-world settings. You will support students in the workplace, implement tailored plans, liaise with mentors, and contribute to their progress in English, Maths, and Employability. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records and helping students reflect on their experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

* Experience working with young people.
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
